Giselle an internationally -trained licensed cosmetologist for 20 years, founded Hair by Giselle in 1992. In 2001, she decided to focus her talents, knowledge and expertise to the wedding and special events fields. Inspired by her father, who owned two successful salons in Georgetown in the '60's, and 15 other relatives in the beauty industry, she developed a passion for hair design and styling at a very young age. You might say that she grew up "knowing hair". So it's no coincidence that her nationally praised talents in the bridal and special events community is recognized, not only by her clients, but by experts in the field who consistently rank her among the very best in the Washington, DC area.
