Ricardo Vailes is a master hair stylist who has twenty years of experience working on various platforms and salons between New York, LA to Washington DC. Most of his educational training has been in NYC with color line brands such as Aveda, Sebastian, Davines, Wella and Artego.

With a passion for individuality he approaches hair cutting as a form sculpturing finding ones personal identity in each client.
